Service – Digital account access assistance, device configuration support, subscription management tools, and technical support provided through our website or customer portal.
Account – A secure user profile created to access purchased services.
Plan / Subscription – A fixed-term access to our digital services, including prepaid plans and optional AutoPay renewal plans.
AutoPay – An optional feature that, if enabled by you, automatically bills your payment method at the end of each billing period until canceled.
Website – Any domain or subdomain operated by TotalGo Trading LLC.
User / You – Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
2. Nature of Services
TotalGo provides digital account-access assistance, device configuration support, subscription management, and customer support for compatible third-party software applications. Services are delivered electronically and do not involve the shipping of physical goods.
Important disclaimer: TotalGo does not host, stream, transmit, rebroadcast, or distribute any audio, video, or media content, and does not own or control third-party applications or their content. You are responsible for ensuring your device compatibility and lawful use of any third-party software.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements to use the Service.
4. Orders, Payments, and Fulfillment
• All purchases are for digital services and are processed by third-party payment processors.
• You agree that all payment information provided is accurate and authorized by you.
• Service access typically begins within minutes of payment confirmation and may take up to 24 hours due to verification or technical review.
• Access details are delivered electronically to your account dashboard and/or registered email address.
5. Plans, Renewals, and AutoPay
A) Prepaid Plans (Default)
Prepaid plans (e.g., 1 month or 3 months) are sold on a fixed-term basis.
• Plans expire at the end of the purchased term unless you choose to renew manually.
• Manual renewals must be initiated by you through your account or by contacting support.
B) Optional AutoPay
AutoPay is not required and will only apply if you actively enable it.
• If AutoPay is enabled, you authorize TotalGo to automatically charge your payment method at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel AutoPay.
• AutoPay can be disabled at any time prior to the next scheduled billing date.
6. Refund, Cancellation, and Free Trial
This section incorporates by reference the complete Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is posted separately on the Website and forms part of these Terms. In brief:
• A 24-hour free trial requires no payment method and does not automatically convert to a paid plan.
• First-time paid plans are eligible for a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
• Refunds under this guarantee are reviewed case-by-case.
• Renewals and AutoPay charges are generally non-refundable once access is provided.
• Chargebacks must be avoided; customers agree to contact support before initiating disputes.

7. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity within your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use or breach of your account.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Reverse-engineer, tamper with, or misuse the platform.
• Resell, share commercially, or misrepresent our services.
• Use the Service for unlawful activities or in violation of any laws or third-party terms.
• Share accounts in violation of plan limitations.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of service.
9. Third-Party Services
Our platform may reference or integrate third-party software, websites, or tools. TotalGo is not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of third-party services. You must comply with each third party’s own terms of use and privacy policies.
10. Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
• Fraud, abuse, or excessive chargebacks
• Violation of these Terms
• Security risks or legal compliance issues
Termination may occur with or without notice.
12. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• TotalGo’s total liability for any claim is limited to the lesser of $100 or the amount paid for the Service in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within New Jersey, unless otherwise required by law.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
