FULFILLMENT AGREEMENT

This Fulfillment Agreement describes how services are delivered by TotalGo Trading LLC (“TotalGo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to customers (“Customer,” “you”) after a purchase is completed.
1. Nature of Services
TotalGo operates as a subscription-based digital service platform.
Our services include:
- Account activation and subscription management
- Digital access provisioning
- Device configuration assistance
- Technical and customer support for compatible third-party software applications
TotalGo provides services only and does not sell or ship physical goods as part of its core offerings.
2. Service Delivery & Fulfillment Time
- Fulfillment is digital and immediate upon successful payment confirmation.
- Customers receive access credentials, setup instructions, or account activation details electronically (via account dashboard and/or email).
- In most cases, services are fulfilled within minutes of purchase. In limited situations, fulfillment may take up to 24 hours due to verification or technical review.
3. Third-Party Applications & Platforms
TotalGo does not own, operate, host, or control any third-party applications, platforms, or content.
Any third-party software, applications, or services accessed by the Customer are:
- Independently owned and operated by their respective providers
- Subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties
TotalGo’s role is limited to subscription management, configuration assistance, and customer support services.
4. Geographic Availability
Because services are digital, TotalGo’s platform is accessible worldwide where internet connectivity is available.
Availability and performance of third-party applications may vary by region and are outside TotalGo’s control.
5. Recurring Billing & Subscriptions
- Certain services are offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or quarterly).
- Subscription billing is clearly disclosed at checkout.
- Customers may manage or cancel subscriptions through their account portal or by contacting customer support prior to the next billing cycle.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by TotalGo’s Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is made available on our website and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
Key points include:
- A 30-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time customers
- Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible period
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method when approved
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring their devices meet compatibility requirements
- Maintaining the security of their account credentials
- Using services in compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms
8. Customer Support
TotalGo provides customer support through:
- Email support
- Online support portal
- Live chat (when available)
Support is intended to assist with setup, configuration, billing, and general service questions.
9. Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing or using TotalGo services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to this Fulfillment Agreement, along with TotalGo’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
