1) Company and Trade Name
TotalGo Trading LLC (“TotalGo”) operates under the trade name TotalGo Service and is responsible for billing, customer service, and subscription management.
2) What We Provide
We provide digital account-access assistance, device configuration support, and customer technical support for compatible third-party applications.
3) Plans and Renewals
Plans are offered as prepaid terms (e.g., monthly or 3-month). Plans expire at the end of the term unless renewed by the customer. Customers may renew manually through their account or by contacting support.
4) AutoPay (Optional)
AutoPay is optional and only applies if enabled by the customer. If enabled, the payment method is charged automatically each billing cycle until AutoPay is canceled.
5) Free Trial (If Offered)
24-hour free trial may be available: no card required and it does not auto-convert. Customers must manually purchase a paid plan to continue after trial.
6) Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation prevents future billing. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7) Scope and Third-Party Applications
TotalGo does not host or distribute media content and does not control third-party apps or platforms; we provide support services only.
