1) Service Nature
TotalGo Trading LLC (“TotalGo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital account-access services, device configuration assistance, subscription-management support, and technical customer support for compatible third-party software applications. All services are delivered electronically through your account dashboard or email.
TotalGo does not host, stream, transmit, rebroadcast, or distribute any audio, video, or media content, and does not own or control third-party applications or their content.
2) Free Trial Policy — 24-Hour Trial
TotalGo may offer a limited 24-hour free trial for new customers.
• The free trial is a standalone promotional access period.
• No payment method or credit card information is required to activate the free trial.
• The free trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.
• Customers must manually purchase a paid plan to continue service after the trial period ends.
• Because no payment is collected for the free trial, it is not eligible for refunds.
3) 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First-Time Paid Subscriptions)
TotalGo offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time paid subscription purchases only, subject to eligibility:
To qualify for a refund under this guarantee:
• The refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the original paid purchase date.
• The customer’s account must be in good standing and not subject to fraud or abuse.
• Service access logs and usage history may be reviewed for eligibility.
Approved refunds under this guarantee are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the financial institution’s processing timeline.
4) Prepaid Plans and Renewals
TotalGo subscription plans (e.g., monthly or 3-month plans) are prepaid for a fixed term.
• Prepaid plans expire at the end of the term unless the customer chooses to renew.
• Customers may renew manually through their account dashboard or customer support.
• Prepaid renewals that are completed and fully processed are generally non-refundable unless covered under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee or required by applicable law.
5) Optional AutoPay and Billing
If AutoPay is offered and affirmatively enabled by the customer during checkout or within the account settings:
• The customer authorizes TotalGo to charge the payment method automatically at the end of each billing period until AutoPay is canceled.
• AutoPay charges are generally non-refundable once processed and service access has been granted.
• Customers may cancel AutoPay at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
6) Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be denied for the following:
• Requests submitted after the 30-day satisfaction period.
• Accounts exhibiting signs of abuse, fraud, or commercial resale.
• Multiple or excessive usage patterns inconsistent with standard use.
• Renewals already processed and access provided for the new service period.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party platform limitations or user device incompatibility.
7) Processing Fees and Administrative Costs
Where permitted by applicable law, refunds may exclude non-recoverable transaction fees or administrative costs incurred during payment processing.
8) Chargebacks and Disputes
Customers agree to contact TotalGo customer support to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.
Unauthorized, abusive, or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
• Immediate service suspension.
• Permanent account termination.
• Recovery of dispute fees or administrative costs where permitted.
TotalGo maintains transaction records, service activation logs, device compatibility checks, and customer communications to assist with dispute resolution when necessary.
9) Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, customers must provide:
• Full name.
• Account email address.
• Order number or transaction ID.
• Reason for the refund request.

10) Policy Updates
TotalGo reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
