Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Nature Disclosure

TotalGo provides digital account-access services, device configuration assistance, and subscription-management support for compatible third-party applications.

TotalGo does NOT host, stream, transmit, rebroadcast, or distribute any audio, video, or media content. TotalGo does not own or control third-party applications or their content.

All services provided are digital and delivered electronically.


2. Free Trial Policy

TotalGo may offer a 24-hour free trial for new customers.

• The free trial is provided as a standalone promotional access period.
• No payment or credit card information is required to access the free trial.
• The free trial does NOT automatically convert into a paid subscription.
• Customers must manually purchase a paid subscription if they choose to continue service after the trial period ends.

Because no payment is collected for the free trial, it is not eligible for refunds.


3. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First-Time Customers)

TotalGo offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for first-time paid subscription purchases only.

Customers who are not satisfied may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date.

To qualify:

• The request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
• The account must be in good standing
• Service must not be abused, shared commercially, or used fraudulently

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on the financial institution.


4. Subscription Renewal & Billing Policy

TotalGo services are sold on a prepaid subscription basis.

• Subscription plans may be offered monthly, quarterly, or other fixed billing cycles.
• Subscriptions automatically expire at the end of the billing cycle unless renewed by the customer.
• Customers may renew subscriptions manually or through AutoPay if enabled.

If AutoPay is enabled:

• Billing will automatically occur at the end of each billing period
• Customers may cancel AutoPay at any time before the next billing date

Once a renewal payment is processed and access is provided, that billing cycle is generally non-refundable.


5. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by:

• Logging into their customer portal
• Contacting customer support

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund the current subscription period unless covered by the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied in the following situations:

• Requests submitted after the 30-day guarantee period
• Accounts showing excessive or abusive usage patterns
• Account sharing, resale, or commercial redistribution
• Fraudulent activity or violation of Terms of Service
• Renewals processed after the customer failed to cancel before billing
• Service interruptions caused by third-party applications or user device compatibility


7. Processing Fees & Administrative Costs

Where permitted by applicable law, refunds may exclude non-recoverable payment processing fees or administrative costs incurred during transaction processing.


8. Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Customers agree to contact TotalGo customer support to resolve billing concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate service suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Recovery of dispute fees and administrative costs

TotalGo maintains transaction records, service activation logs, device access verification, and customer communications to respond to payment disputes when necessary.


9. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, customers must provide:

• Full name
• Account email address
• Order number or transaction ID
• Reason for refund request

All requests are reviewed individually to ensure fairness and fraud prevention.


10. Service Availability & Device Compatibility

TotalGo supports commonly used smart devices and operating systems; however:

• Compatibility depends on user device model and configuration
• Service performance may vary based on third-party application availability
• Refunds are not guaranteed for device incompatibility unless confirmed by support

Customers are encouraged to verify compatibility before purchase.


11. Policy Updates

TotalGo reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the website with the revised effective date.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated policy.
